Within the framework of Days of a science carrying out of the following scientific-practical conferences is planned:
1. Formation of administrative potential of social development.
2. Financial and economic regulation of development of Ukraine and regions.
3. Legal maintenance of sphere of the government and local self-management.
4. A modern condition and prospects of development of educational space of Wolrd.
5.The system analysis and management.
6.Sociology of social sphere and social work.
7.Actual problems of foreign philology.
8.Actual problems of regional means of a mass communication.
9.Healthy way of life - the basic riches of a society.

The organizing committee of conference plans two kinds of reports: performance in section or the bench report as his accommodation on Web-to page to the address: www.rusnauka.com . By results of conference in those and other cases theses of reports will be issued and sent to authors.
Working languages of conference - English, Russian and Ukrainian. Cost of participation in conference makes 110 euros.
Term of submission of theses till October, 01, 2004.
