Felmérés digitális könyvtárakról

Kedves Kollégák!

Hadd hívjam fel a figyelmet két digitális kérdõívre, amelyet angol nyelven
a következõ címen lehet kitölteni: http://www.sztaki.hu/delos_wg21/

A kérdõívek célja, hogy felmérje, milyen digitális könyvtári
tesztkörnyezetek, dokumentumgyûjtemények állnak jelenleg rendelkezésre
Európában, és milyenekre van igény.  (Pl. a MEK is egyfajta ilyen
környezetnek tekinthetõ, amely többek között segíthet egy digitális
könyvtári szoftverkörnyezet magyar nyelvre való adaptációjában illetve
tesztelésében.) A válaszok segíteni fognak a digitális könyvtári kutatás
igényeinek és lehetõségeinek felderítésében (az eredmények a fenti Web
címen nyilvánosan elérhetõk lesznek).

Dear Colleague

A key objective of the EU-funded DELOS Network of Excellence
(http://www.ercim.org/DELOS) is the design of a European Digital Library
Test Suite which will provide European researchers with a dedicated
testbed for their investigations. We are seeking your input as a valued
member of the DL research community and/or potential user of the test
suite.

A general description of the components of an ideal digital library will
be found at http:/www.sztaki.hu/delos_wg21 This web page also contains
clickable questionnaires which we would like you to complete. The results
will enable us to assess the needs of the DL research community and which
elements are already available. Filling in this questionnaire should take
only a few minutes of your time.

Your response will greatly help in the design, funding and construction of
European Digital Library Test Suite. Thank you in advance for your time
and interest. We will send you the results of the survey upon its
completion.
