<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;"> 2) IdP-k és SP-k telepítése (ahol kell) és elfogadtatása a föderációs tagokkal. A Tagok Tanácsa döntésének után kerülhet be az IdP a href-metadatába.</p>
<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;"> 3) A href-metadatából a nem elfogadott IdP-k és SP-k törlése.</p>

Én elképzelhetőnek tartok két <span style=" font-weight:600;">átmeneti időszakot</span>:</p>
<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;"> a) Az intézmény aláírta a Szerződést és a Nyilatkozatot, de még nincs telepített és/vagy a követelményeknek megfelelő IdP-je vagy SP-je</p>
<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;"> b) A href-metadatában vegyesen vannak elfogadott ("hivatalos") és nem elfogadott ("pilot") IdP-k/SP-k.</p>

<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">Röviden: azt szeretném, ha most azok is aláírnák a szerződést és nyilatkozatot, akiknek az adatkezelési szabályzatuk vagy az IdP-jük még nincs olyan helyzetben, hogy a Tagok Tanácsa elfogadhassa őket. Tűzzük ki a január (esetleg február) végét, hogy azután már csak "hivatalos" IdP-k és SP-k lehetnek a href-metadatában. Ebben az átmeneti időszakban minden alapító tag szavazattal rendelkezne a Tagok Tanácsában (függetlenül attól, hogy technikailag kész van-e a csatlakozásra). </p>
