My organization IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers)
is a Service Provider partner of eduID since July 2012 and we have been
supporting Shibboleth authentication for many higher-education
subscribers in Hungary.

We were recently contacted by an organization called "The Hungarian
Education Non-profit LLC" who told us they have founded a new
Shibboleth-based SSO (single sign-on) Identity Federation called
Hungarian Higher Education and Research Interface.

This is the first time we have heard of two Identity Federations for the
same country so we are unclear on the difference between this new
organization and eduID.

We would greatly appreciate your answers to the above questions.
