Anglia.

A Könyvtári szövetség (Sconul) tagjai közötti adatátadás, ha egy egyetemista
más egyetem könyvtárát akarja használni.
Ezt a PAPIRT (merthogy pl. ott az adatátadáshoz írásos hozzájárulás kell)
viszi magával és a procedúra után helyben használhatja a könyvtárat,
otthonra nem kölcsönözhet. (A helyben használható adatbázisok használatához
még Athens azonosítóra is szüksége van.)
