az namd-t? A support iranyitott ide a levelezoi
listara.<BR><BR>namd/2.9-smp(default) -al probaltam:<BR>module load
namd/2.9-smp<BR><BR>es a scriptben:<BR>mpirun namd2 filename.conf >
filename.out<BR><BR>az output azt mondja, hogy:<BR>Warning> Randomization of
stack pointer is turned on in kernel, thread migration may not work! Run 'echo 0
> /proc/sys/kernel/randomize_va_space' as root to disable it, or try run with
