[Hpc-forum] mpich install problem?

Kedves Tamás,

A lenti megoldás azért nem működik, mert Debrecenben már be lett vezetve az új NCE module környezet és abban nincs benne a mpich2-x86_64 modul. 

Az alapértelmezett SGI MPI (MPT)-vel nem tudtad lefordítani a programodat? 

Ezek az SGI MPI-os parancsok:

DEBRECEN[service0] ~ (0)$ type mpicc
mpicc is /opt/nce/packages/global/sgi/mpt/2.04/bin/mpicc
DEBRECEN[service0] ~ (0)$ type mpirun
mpirun is /opt/nce/packages/global/sgi/mpt/2.04/bin/mpirun
DEBRECEN[service0] ~ (0)$ 

MPICH2-t senkinek sem javasoljuk, mert nem tudja használni az Infiniband kapcsolatot. Ha csak MPICH2-vel tudod lefordítani akkor a .bashrc fájlodba tedd bele ezt és jó lesz:

module use /usr/share/modules/modulefiles
module load mpich2-x86_64
