> A debreceni gépen az R az alábbi, csaknem 5 éves verzióban érhető el: version 2.8.1 (2008-12-22).
> Ez sok, korszerű matematikai csomag telepítését lehetetlenné teszi, mert ehhez a verzióhoz nem léteznek.
> 
> A kérdésem ez, hogy lehetséges-e legalább a 2.15 (2012) verzióra , vagy a legújabb 2.3 verzióra upgradelni az R alaprendszert.

Pécsen és Debrecenben feltelepítettük a legújabb R verziót.

Így tudja használatba venni:

DEBRECEN[service0] ~ (0)$ module load R
DEBRECEN[service0] ~ (0)$ type R
R is hashed (/opt/nce/packages/global/R/3.0.1/bin/R)
DEBRECEN[service0] ~ (0)$ R
