Business Partnership Proposal.

[Urgent Business Proposal]

Dear Friend,

I was one of the Ministers under the defunct government of
President Charles Taylor of Liberia. I served with him for
eight years.

I was very loyal and diligent in executing my duties as
Minister because I believed in his commitment and style of
government. Though I was loyal as required by the Office, I
was totally against all the atrocities he committed against
our people.

In mid 2003, due to Rebel pressure and African leader's
interventions, we were forced out of office. We were not
prepared for the sudden turn of events and most of us never
made concrete and contingency business arrangements.

However, to compensate us for our support during the struggle
against Rebel insurgency, His Excellency, Mr. President
Charles Taylor presented some key Ministers with a gift
package of twenty five million US Dollars ($25,000,000) each.

This money came from the illegal mining and sale of Diamond
during the Sierra Leone Civil War of which we were active
participants. So, this money is not known to the international
community.

My family and I have been living in Exile in Europe for about
One year under very trying and humiliating conditions seeking
Political Asylum.

I have totally exhausted the money I brought to Europe which
was a little more than 1,200,000 US Dollars because I am here
with about 60 members of my family, close former employees and
loyal associates that ran away from Liberia for fear of the
new Government retribution. I have been taking care of their
daily upkeep and survival. This obligation has taken away all
the cash I brought to Europe.

However, I still have about Twenty two million ($22,000,000)
US Dollars in a safe Security Holding Company here in Europe.
I can not withdraw from the money because of the way it was
moved by cargo to Europe. The whole money has to be moved ones
to a secure Account.

I am hereby soliciting your assistance in transferring this
money to your Account and investing it in your country. I am
not allowed by European Community Law as a Political
Asylum/Refugee seeker to open or operate a Bank account in
Europe until the status of my application is determined.

This money is here in Europe, deposited in a Security Finance
Holding Company. The source of this money cannot be revealed
to European Government body because it was not reported or
documented by the Liberian handover committee. Moreover, most
of this money was proceed from Liberian Diamond sale during
the Civil war in Sierra Leone.

I trust that you will assist me in investing this money in
your country so that I can relocate there and run a business
