International Coalition Against Sexual Harassment
12th Annual Conference
Call for Papers
The International Coalition Against Sexual Harassment (ICASH) invites
workshops, papers, and panel discussions for its 12th conference on all
aspects of sexual harassment pertaining to the theme:
Fifteen Years Since Anita Hill and Tailhook:
Progress, Pitfalls and Promises
in Sexual Harassment Research, Theory and Advocacy
ICASH will be held on August 13, 2007 at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York
City.
Proposal Deadline: February 15, 2007
Papers, workshops, and panel discussions on aspects of sexual harassment
pertaining to this year's theme are sought. Proposals on the following
topics/areas of harassment are especially welcomed: educational settings
(K-12; college); cross-national studies; male perpetrators or targets;
women in male-dominated environments; training approaches; management
strategies.
Abstracts can be up to 2 pages in length and include information (when
describing empirical research) on:
Purpose of Study
Methodology
Results
Discussion
For abstracts that describe non-empirical research, please include the
following:
Purpose and Goals of the Presentation
Issues to be Addressed at the Conference
ICASH is a multi-discipline, international group of professionals:
academics, researchers, human resource personnel, clinicians/therapists,
attorneys and activists.
