The Institute for Advanced Studies on Science, Technology and Society in
Graz offers five grants (EUR 1,000.- per month ) for fellowships
starting  1 October 2004  ending 30 June 2005.

These grants are dedicated for dissertations, habilitations or research
projects investigating the follow-ing issues :
"       Gender-Technology-Environment
"       Ethical, Legal and Social Aspects of Genome Research and Biotechnology
"       Technology Studies and Sustainability

The application for a grant must be submitted along with an application
for a fellowship at the Institute for Advanced Studies on Science,
Technology and Society.

Closing date for applications is 15 January 2004.
