Senior Lecturers in:-
Human Resource Management Ref: OES201
Human Resource Management/Development Ref: OES202
Salary £29,136 - £36,708 per annum www.londonmet.ac.uk/vacancies We are
looking to appoint two Senior Lecturers, based at the London North
campus,
to work within the Department of Management and Development to be
responsible
for
teaching aspects of Human Resource Management or
Development. One post requires a specialism in aspects of
Equal Opportunities and Managing Diversity, as well as contributing to
other areas of OS/ES/HR. You will be responsible with other course team
members for updating teaching programmes, and for the continuous
improvement of the content and delivery of courses. You will be teaching
at both undergraduate and masters level and supervising postgraduate
dissertations.
You will have a minimum of three years experience in an
HRM/HRD or relevant role together with a postgraduate qualification. You
will have teaching and/or training experience and also have excellent
interpersonal skills and demonstrate an ability to create, lead and
motivate a team. Closing date: 15 July 2003 Applications are welcome
