Support the Release of Women in Prison in Nepal! 

On March 14th, the Nepali Parliament reversed a longstanding and draconian
criminal ban on abortion.  Passage of the law, however, does not address the
fate of women currently serving prison sentences for abortion and related
charges.  These women's human rights continue to be violated by their
imprisonment. 

Take Action!  Sign your name to the petition, which urges the government to
continue its efforts to improve the lives of women in Nepal by releasing the
imprisoned women immediately.  The petition is available at
