Conference announcement

Dear Agatha Schwartz,

I have got an announcement on the Tromso conference. I am a postgraduate student at the Central European University in Budapest, in gender studies. I have a paper on a Hungarian writer and poet, Sophie Torok (1895-1955). (It is going to be published the next year published in a Hungarian journal.) I would like to apply to the conference with this study if possible.
Can I send the abstract via fax, or should I mail it?

As I am from Hungary, I also would like to apply for financial assistence for the trip.
