Dear Judit Gerencsér,

As an association president or director, we would like to inform you first
that IFLA has received a letter from the Emirates Library and Information
Association withdrawing their bid to host IFLA WLIC 2024.

The announcement about the decision is attached and will be published
widely within the next hour.
