[ceqciwp3] [CEQCI] - WP3 april update

Hello all,

Attached you can find the minutes of the last meeting. Some other notes:

  * I proceeded to send the ToCs to Laszlo, you should all have received
    the email
  * For what concerns the ETSI drafts, @Samuel from IPSAS mentioned
    their impossibility in becoming ETSI members; the only solution
    available is therefore waiting for a public release and/or using
    publicly available data until then
  * Following Stephan's suggestion, we have set up a "Customer relations
    <https://git-service.ait.ac.at/groups/csc-ceqci/-/crm/contacts>"
    section in the ceqci gitlab group. Its scope is to collect in one
    single point the contact info for each WP3 participant: please fill
    it in following the already present examples, thank you!
