-webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space;" class="">back in April 2022 Marta Blasco Martín sent me a proposal for a <b class="">bonetool of the month</b>, which arose out of a research she was carrying out at the Aztec temple of Teotihuacan with the team of the Arizona State University Teotihuacan Research Laboratory. Although the proposed artefacts definitely fit into the scope of the WBRG, I have to admit that I was reluctant to publish them since the artefacts are made of human bones and are first hand evidence of Aztec human sacrifice practices. But then again they are definitely an aspect of our subject and why should we hide this evidence.
