apart from the articles by Helen Leaf (2006, 2007) you mentioned to me last year, the only other worked bird bone that fits to your search criteria I am aware of at present is the 11th-12th century flute from York, made of a swan ulna published by MacGregor et al. (1999, 1977-1978, 2021, fig. 935). <br>
