If you check the inventories of the Siret brothers' Argaric grave goods, you will see that there are some tombs with bone awls. However, their presence in the Argaric grave goods is certainly exceptional,
and it may well be that several, if not all, of the cases that have been reported in this sense would have to be reviewed. A good example of this can be found in the tombs El Oficio 210 and 237 and El Argar 711, where the field sketches, made in pencil by
Pedro Flores -Siret's foreman- show how the awls were actually found outside the funerary container. In some other cases, such as El Argar tomb 169, a review of the documentation shows that it was probably an altered burial, in which not even recognisable
human skeletal remains were found.

As far as I know, there are no Early Bronze Age tombs with this type of material in other regions of the Iberian Peninsula. There are none in the Bronze Age tombs of La Mancha, nor in the Valencian
Bronze Age. Other very different case are the collective burials of the Copper Age, but I have understood that this is outside your current research objective.
