<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Hello all, <BR><BR>Attached are some images of a bone
handled iron implement found during some preliminary work on the site of an old
village (last occupation around mid 17th C) on the Anglo-Scottish border. It was
located about 8 - 10 inches down in top soil on a field unploughed for about 100
years, in an area between a church and a ruined castle. The exact layout of the
village is unknown, but it is known that was home to cobblers and weavers.
