rings, they are similar to your item but usually larger than the dimensions that
you have given. If you have MacGregor’s “Bone, Antler, Ivory and Horn: The

110-112. The following pages also them have a few examples of bracelets as

in the Netherlands a pit has been excavated which contains metal weaponry from
the late iron age. In this pit a fragment of an ivory ring or bracelet (?) has
been found. It has an estimated diameter of 8 cm, the thickness is 5,8 x 6,7
