I've just done a rough out of what the website could look like. The advantage with this is that all abstract submissions would be included in a google docs spreadsheet which we could all have access to. It at least means all the information is in one place, it ensures that participants include all the relevant information we want them to, and should make setting up the session pack easier.. I've enabled you all as editors so you can make changes/add any information you think is important - perhaps a paragraph or two about who was all are in the 'about the session organisers' page would help?
