<div>Sorry for all the confusion. But `bikkel` is the Dutch word for knucklebone and `been` is the Dutch word for bone. And together it forms the name of my enterprise Bikkel and Been. I get always very enthousiastic when I read something about knucklebones because I am writing a little book about the use of the knucklebones in ancient times. And because I am not a good writer this book is still not finished.</div>
