[Bonetools] WBRG 2028 first announcement

Dear Grzegorz,
    Just a heads up,Yours will be either the 17th or 18th meeting. Ayce had
not given up on holding the 17th meeting. I am, as you know, VERY dubious.
The website is still not up. All this means is that the number may have to
be changed not your conference.. Marianne, Justin amd myself all
spontaneously wrote about the stark contrast and we are sooooo grateful to
be dealing with a normal, professional colleague!
