I can not make it to Vancouver either, but I submitted an abstract to Alice's session for a "virtual poster". There is this option among the others that I recommend to those who can not be there in person, but want to contribute to the meeting.

主题: [Bonetools] Session 31 Worked Bone Waste Dear Colleagues,     This letter is just to remind you that the firm deadline for submitting a title and abstract for session 31 (The Case of the Missing Waste Bone Data: Workflow Gaps in Recognizing Hard Osseous Manufactured Material) is August 25. We are looking for good discussions between faunal analysts and specialists in worked hard osseous materials on how to ameliorate gaps in waste bone identification between these two groups of researchers. I look forward to seeing all of you at the meeting next May.
