[Bonetools] On-line Proceedings from the 15th WBRG meeting in Paris

Marianne Christiansen and Nejma Goutas did  such a wonderful job with these
meetings and subsequent peer-reviewed Proceedings (with special thanks to
Claire Letourneux) . There is really a treasure trove of interesting HAM
papers published here. I would like especially to commend the Open Access
format of the volume!!!
