> The Finds Group is hoping to collaborate with finds communities to produce a series of recognisable, replicable, CIfA-accredited training. Training is one of the Finds Group’s strategic priorities. The most common concern we hear from our membership is a need for finds specialist training. Opportunities for training in finds specialisms can be few and far between, and at the other end of the spectrum, experienced specialists are retiring leaving no one to pick up their mantle.
