Dear WBRG members,
I am forwarding a request on behalf of my colleague Dirk Heinrich here today. He is looking for a photo of a mesolithic / neolithic T-shaped axe in experimental use to illustrate working with such an axe in the exhibition of the Natural Science Museum Flensburg (Naturwissenschaftliches Museum Flensburg <https://naturwissenschaftliches-museum.de/de/>). A T-shaped axe and working waste of T-shaped axe production has been found in the harbour of Flensburg (Heinrich & Barkemeyer 2020, 32-35, fig. 3). Can anyone provide such a picture? The only illustrations we could find in the literature so far are in Jensen (1991; 2001). Please respond either to me or to Dirk Heinrich directly via heinrich-fl at t-online.de and don’t forget to CC the BONETOOLS list as we are all curious.
Best wishes
Christian
