[Bonetools] analgies for cylindrical bone objects

Hello to everyone,

I am looking for analogies and any thoughts for certain type of cylindrical
bone objects. They were made from transversally cut long bones, very
carefully burnished, sometimes with small perforations; usually
longitudinally broken. Context: Late Neolithic, Bulgaria.
They are too wide to be beads, too long to be rings - but I guess they are
decorative items as they can't be anything else.
Any help is much appreciated.
