[Bonetools] help with worked bone from medieval Italy

Dear Marta,

I only remember one similar type of object, published by MacGregor.
Although I'm not sure about this object and its function, I would think
that it's a part of a more composite and mobile (not fixed, movable
element, perhaps a loom accessory??) object.
