[Bonetools] tools made on bird bones

Dear Dale,

apart from the articles by Helen Leaf (2006, 2007) you mentioned to me last year, the only other worked bird bone that fits to your search criteria I am aware of at present is the 11th-12th century flute from York, made of a swan ulna published by MacGregor et al. (1999, 1977-1978, 2021, fig. 935).
