[Bonetools] help with a reference

Is anyone familiar with this article - or any other article - on the bone flute from Waterford described?
Sermon, R.S.. The Waterford bone flute: A twelfth-century tabor pipe?

I have tracked the article down, but can’t find any details of the publication date or page numbers and I am even unsure about where it was published. It should be from Decies: Journal of the Waterford Archaeological and Historical Society.

The University of Wroclaw has changed her Website structure, which meant that the Proceedings of the 7th WBRG meeting in Wroclaw (Baron & Kufel-Diakowska 2011) were not online available online anymore. Thanks to the initiative of Justyna Baron this has been repaired now.
