I am absolutely certain that your personnal thoughts and reminiscences will be as interesting as diagrams, if not even more!

Dear Christian, Hmmn - that is a thought although I guarantee the beautiful diagrams and statistical daring do of your paper will largely be missing.

Dear Alice,
One day you will have to write down the history of the WBRG as you saw it emerging and growing like no one else. I'm sure that would be quite an informative paper to read.
Best,
Christian

Dear Christian, I pre-ordered the book and it came today - hence the true enthusiasm. Trust me, at this point in my life I have STOPPED buying books. Good news about the Open Access, which is what drew me to this excellent press in the first place. It is fun to hold a book but PDFs are more useful when searching for bits of information for articles and things. By the way - your talk was really great. For me, the amazing thing has been to watch this group and bone tools as a sub-discipline, grow tenfold from very meager beginnings 40+ years ago when I began.Cheers,Alice

Thank you Alice, that's very kind of you to say. It was wonderful to have you all in Montréal just before the pandemic, and we really had a great time putting this volume together with Markus, Bev and Steve; they did a great job, really.
Now go buy the book, all of you! (or wait untill it becomes entirely open access in one year...).
