[Bonetools] Help identifying tool

Dear all,
thank you very much for all your help and advice, I forwarded everything to my friend.
If anyone'd like to know, as I've been told, the piece comes from Chendu (Mures County, Romania), but unfortunately it is without context. It is yet unpublished.

presented some similar items from the Eastern Balkans.
I have also seen some more elaborated versions of these items in
