[Bonetools] smoothed horse radius

Dear Silvia,

These artefacts were widespread even outside the immediate Alpine area; the
example on the photo below is from an Early Iron Age site in Bosnia and
Herzegovina, called Gornja Dolina. This one is the best preserved, but it's
not the only one. It's not published - yet (we're working on it), but I can
provide you more information if you need.
