Hi all,

In the framework of the project Minerva (https://minerva.univie.ac.at), ancient DNA laboratory, University of Vienna, led by Ron Pinhasi, I'm currently working on; we are looking for collaboration on the study of unwashed faunal remains from Middle Palaeolithic/and Pre-LGM Upper Palaeolithic contexts, preferably ones of fauna that Neanderthals or AMH consumed. We aim to recover the genomes of the endogenous source (taxon) and the environmental DNA in the relevant bones or teeth from assessing differential preservation concerning taphonomic and formation processes.
