[Bonetools] 15th WBRG at Delft

Dear members

Marloes Rijkelijkhuizen has communicated the unfortunate news that the
Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) will no longer be able to host
the 15th meeting of the WBRG, which was scheduled for 2023.

If anyone would like to host the 15th meeting (i.e. the one after
Johannesburg) please let me know. Ideally, the 15th meeting will be in
Europe again.
