[Bonetools] Change of email address

Hi all,

To change your contact information :

- go to https://listserv.niif.hu/mailman/listinfo/bonetools
- at the bottom of the page, in the last field, enter your contact address and click "unsubscribe or edit options"
- you will be taken to a "member options" page where you must enter your password (ask for a password reminder if needed)
- you will be taken to a "Bonetools mailing list membership configuration" page where you can change your subscriber address, unsubscribe, change your delivery options, etc.
