[Bonetools] ivory identification workshop

Hello James,

I unfortunately have had some complications and cannot make it to the
workshop. I hope this frees up a bit more space if more than 2 people want
to attend. I hope I can attend the next time Sonia hosts one of these
workshops. Sorry for the change of plans. I hope this finds you well.
