[Bonetools] Identification bone object

Seen on twitter (https://twitter.com/AleksxAY/status/1039896294154821633)  and forwarded by a colleague: pictures of a bone object (attached) with the following comment "Does anyone have any idea what it might have been use for. We found one in 2017 in the same early chalcolitic house" (in Bulgaria). Any thoughts?
