your find reminds me of the miniature sword found at the Links of Noltland, Orkney, posted in September 2012 by Sean Rice as „Mystery Bonetool“ on the WBRG website (see https://www.wbrg.net/mystery-bonetools/ <https://www.wbrg.net/mystery-bonetools/>).
