[Bonetools] strange chalcolithic objects

I also had the thought they could be some combination of tally sticks,
personal(or family) identity markers used to close sacks or other
containers or even also mark what they contain. That would produce polish.
Sometimes Tally sticks are complete and sometimes not. Just saying. Good
idea hunting.
