[Bonetools] Iron age artefact

I have 3 images now. 

2 remarks : 

- the metal of the rivet should be another than iron ; there is no rust-stain - nor verdigris (neither Fe nor Cu) ; silver ? potin at the utmost ? 
- there is an annular groove around the opposite end. 

Ces deux remarques élèvent la valeur, quelle que soit la fonction.

I am not sure of the function but vulture ulna screams flute (or part of a pipe) to me despite the lack of holes...

Dear colleagues , 

I am studying worked bone objects from La Seña, an Iberian site (Valencia, Spain) (6 th century – 2 nd century BC). I am not sure about the function of one artefact. It has been made from an ulna of a vulture. It is cut in both end parts and it is polished. In one of the end part has a little iron ribet located between two holes. 

In the Iberian record I only know two artefacts like this. Does anyone have any suggestions about its use or know any parallels?
