[Bonetools] Iron age artefact

Dear colleagues,

I am studying worked bone objects from La Seña, an Iberian site (Valencia,
Spain) (6th century – 2nd century BC). I am not sure about the function of
one artefact. It has been made from an ulna of a vulture. It is cut in both
end parts and it is polished. In one of the end part has a little iron
ribet located between two holes.

In the Iberian record I only know two artefacts like this. Does anyone have
any suggestions about its use or know any parallels?
