Hello everyone,
I am looking at the faunal remains from La Real, Arequipa dating to the Middle Horizon period of Peru (AD600-1000). Within this collection there is a large amount of worked bone found in mortuary contexts.
I was hoping to receive some insight into some of the objects and their use/production. If you have any ideas or have seen objects like these in other contexts, I would be grateful for any additional information.
Sincerely,
