[Bonetools] Any help ?

Hello, Chris, and everyone else,
In my opinion, it is a preform, unfinished something. Traces of manufacture
are very clearly visible and I do not see any usewear (perhaps you noted
some?). However, for what it may have been preform is a bit tough to guess,
I've never seen an object that may look similar to this. Perhaps that is
why it was never finished?
