Dear Marta,

I only found your mail today. As for bibiographical references, there
is a fine book on late antique-high middle age material from
Sant'Andrea di Loppio (Trento) by Barbara Maurina, which was released
back in May by Archaeopress (Oxford). It has a chapter on worked bones
by Cinzia Pezzato, which includes about 40 combs and comb fragments;
the dot-and-cercle motive is rare with those finds, but the
bibliography is quite extensive.
