[Bonetools] Particular early medieval comb

Dear all - Someone does need to take a close look at the use wear on the
teeth because it also looks like it was used for something besides combing
hair as Francois correctly points add. to add one more possibility to his
list - beating down the weft during weaving with a warp-weighted loom.
