Hi Miriam,
Apologies - on my phone, but there is lots written on this; check out the
WBRG webpage's bibliography. Key texts are MacGregor 1985, Krzyskowska
1990; Penniman, O'Connor 198, and Choyke and O'Connor's recent volume
(e.g. me on antler macroscopic ID, and the York team on ZooMS). All should
be in that bibliography.
