[Bonetools] Object from Ephesos as Bonetool of September

Dear worked bone colleagues,

this months bonetool is a beautiful turned object from Late Antique Ephesos which has just been dug up a couple of months ago. See:

The purpose of the elaborately worked and beautifully decorated object is still not clear and excavation leader Elise Baudouin would be very glad about any ideas, thoughts, comparative items, etc. towards this artefact.
